Delicious food, excellent service, really very lovely people. Will be coming back!

We were working in that area and we went there for dinner. Horrible service starting with hostess, very rude and unfriendly person! we order chip, salsa and guacamole, they said they were out. The food was ok we gave them another chance the next night and again they were out of guacamole, everything that we pick for dinner they were out of.... the third night they even won’t let us seat, right at the front they told us that they were out of food and they were closing early that night!! It was 8:00 pm 😡 horrible experience!! Thanks God we don’t have to go back to Colfax for work 😉😉

Great food and great service. The owners were wonderful and kind, and the prices were decent.

Food was good. We arrived at about 730 pm was surprised to hear the question from the waiter, "We close at 8. Can you be done by then?" Long way of saying i felt rushed.

Sol's chips and salsa are awesome, order some guac too 👌. My personal favorites are the burrito mexicano, fajitas or enchiladas, but in reality everything I've tried has been fantastic.

Prices were overtly high. Food wasn't particularly great. Best part of my dinning experience was costumer service. Not worth returning to

We absolutely love Sol Vallarta!! Our favorite thing to order is their Sol Vallarta Steak Burrito because they are amazing!! Nice clean place with friendly service!! We eat here as often as we can!!

The service was amazing. We arrived with 7, added 2, then added 4 more. The server kept adding tables until he ran out. Kept the chips, salsa, and beverages coming. Got all the orders right, and was just amazing. The food was good, but not 5 stars

This Mexican restaurant in the town of Colfax Washington is surprisingly good. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The food was awesome. It came to the table hot and in a relatively short amount of time. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.

Great food. Love the environment. I wish the hours were open a little more because this food is great. I enjoy eating here with my family. The staff is friendly and seating is adequate for our group.

Because the food is wonderfully

I am assuming most of the reviews on here are from the locals here in Colfax or at least friends of the owner. If you want authenticity, please, do not come here. I ordered the Chile Verde and it was very clear that it was not freshly made. It had either been frozen, or it was left overs from a few days ago. My son's plate came out burning burning hot as if it had just come out of the oven. Not very safe especially for a child if you ask me. Please, save your money and find somewhere else to eat!

Love the service and love the food!

I had the amazing cheese enchiladas in green sauce. We had a skirt steak and shrimp, soooooo good!!! The tortilla soup was tasty, too. The guava and regular margaritas were delicious.

Really enjoyed this place. Great food and congenial atmosphere. Lots of folks there so that shows the excellent cuisine. Noisy but not Oberlin so. Good prices and spicy entrees. My kind of place!

My absolute favorite Mexican fare restaurant and ice tried to get them to open up their restaurant down here in Florida where I moved to.. I miss Lucy and Philippe Guitron so much!!

Good portions, the food is tasty and the prices are pretty good. Great family eatery and staff is always polite. I enjoy the food enough to eat here about once a month. It has better Mexican food than any chain place I've tried.
